We use only the finest ingredients in our artisan gourmet sauces — from 100% Kadoya sesame oil to fresh ginger and garlic sourced from local farms.

Small batches

We make all our products by hand, in small batches, to ensure optimal quality.

Healthy options

We take pride in not adding preservatives to our gourmet sauces. We offer Keto, vegan and gluten-free options (see labels) and our sauces are diabetic-friendly (0 to 7 grams of sugar).

Marinade

A little goes a long way. Just baste both sides of your meat, fish or tofu and let sit. With our marinades, it’s all about quality, not quantity.

Dip

Great on its own but also as a foundation to enhance your preferred condiment or spice (e.g., Honey Cilantro with relish to make a great tartar sauce or Thai Peanut with fish sauce for a fusion nuoc cham).

Stir fry

In 2007, Fuse started its first restaurant location in Yaletown (Vancouver, Canada) and slowly expanded to several satellite locations. Fuse Pan Asian Express offered delicious hand-made tapas and custom stir-fries.
